[:en]Vision:

A medical faculty that produces graduate doctors who excel in spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and social intelligence in accordance with the primary and occupational healthcare needs of 2025.

Mission:

1. To provide education according to national and international standards with excellence in occupational health and the ability to work in primary care;
2. To conduct evidence-based research under the principle of freedom of thought, in a scientific and ethical manner;
3. To provide services for the common good;
4. To develop leadership and managerial skills through organization;
5. To collaborate with various institutions, both domestic and foreign, that support education, research, and community service initiatives in the fields of medicine and occupational health;
6. To integrate Islamic and Muhammadiyahan values as a foundation for establishing education, research, and community service.

Objectives:

1. The implementation of an educational process based on national and international standards with excellence in occupational health and the ability to work in primary care;
2. Conducting of evidence-based research under the principle of freedom of thought, in a scientific and ethical manner;
3. The implementation of initiatives for the good of the community
4. The development of leadership and managerial skills through organization;
